I love 40s

My birthday was a week ago (july 5)! I turned 20 and as a gift, my mom got me a Nikon D40. By far the best thing I've ever gotten for my birthday (except the tablet my boyfriend got me xP)

I'm still trying to get comfortable changing settings and what not. You don't know how many shitty shots I take till I find one I like. *sighs* It's still a lot of fun, and I feel SO PROUD when someone favorites them =) Thanks to you all!

I'm trying to get into freelance. I know I've only had this camera for a week or so, but my mom's friends are all retiring and having parties so I figure I can milk them for a little money =)

In other news, septoplasty and some internal nasal reconstruction. Maybe then I can finally breathe from my nose x_X
